At Rosenthal Architectural Services we offer a free initial site visit which enables us to discuss your requirements on-site, then following that visit we will send you a "No Obligation" quotation to do all the work you require.

Survey & Design

Stage 1 - The Survey

Based on a convenient time and date, we will make a site visit to carry out a measured survey of your property inside and out to enable us to produce your floor plans and elevation drawings.

Stage 2 - The Plans

Following our survey we will then produce your first draft of the existing and proposed plans - we will email a copy of these to you, we also print out an A3 copy of the plans and post them out to you too.

Once we have had your feedback on the first draft we will then make any additional corrections and reproof for your approval before we submit in to planning.

Stage 3 - The Planning Application

Once we have your approval of the plans and elevation drawings we will submit the plans on to the Planning Portal and act as your agent through the planning portal

Stage 4 - Structural Calculations

Based on your approved plans we can then produce your structural calculations and supporting drawing that will be required by your chosen builder and also building control when your job is booked in with them

Stage 5 - Building Regulations Written Document

Once the structural calculations have been completed we can also produced the building regulations written document that will also be required by your chosen builder and building control when your job is booked in with them
